GUIDE TO REFERENCE CONDITIONS OF USE

Guide to Reference gives users the opportunity to add content to the system with Notes or Lists. If you do post content to the system, you must agree to the following conditions.

1) You warrant that the content is original to you or that you have rights to the content and are complying with all applicable copyright laws.

2) You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the source of the content.

3) You may not add content that is illegal, inaccurate, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, or any form of "spam."

4) You grant the American Library Association a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

5) The American Library Association reserves the right (but is not obligated) to monitor, edit, or delete content.
